Schedule: Monday-Friday + On-call one week out of four (40-48 hours per week)
Pay: Based on Experience (hourly)
Description
The Facility Maintenance position is responsible to maintain the facilities including the building and infrastructure systems. Also, they execute new capital improvement projects to support the farm operations.
Duties
- General maintenance functions including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, and mechanical
- Read and understand system diagrams, specification sheets, and manuals to ensure proper maintenance
- Perform routine inspection and quality controls checks as directed by Facilities Manager
- Provide on call support in rotation with other maintenance employees
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and or move 80 pounds
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to be trained Safely operate equipment and various power tools
- Work in a variety of hot or cool environments
- Some outside work in seasonal weather conditions
